CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL
By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-contract information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.
The sale and delivery of purchased products are subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable legislation.
Shipping costs for delivering products are payable by the Buyer.
Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organisation at the address specified by the Buyer within the statutory period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement.
The purchased product must be delivered complete, matching the specifications stated in the order, and with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, where applicable.
If supplying the purchased product becomes impossible, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation. The total amount must be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID
If the Buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the Bank's records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE THROUGH UNAUTHORISED CREDIT CARD USE
If, after delivery, the credit card used for payment is found to have been unlawfully used by unauthorised persons and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the SELLER, the BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days. Shipping costs will be paid by the SELLER.
IF DELIVERY IS DELAYED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control prevent delivery within the stated period, the Buyer will be notified. The Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle has been removed.
If the Buyer cancels the order and paid in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days of cancellation. If the Buyer paid by credit card, the product price will be refunded to the Bank within 14 days of cancellation. The Bank may take 2–3 weeks to credit this amount to the Buyer's account.
THE BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The Buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting delivery and must not accept damaged or defective goods/services from the shipping company, including items that are dented, broken or have torn packaging. Goods/services accepted upon delivery will be considered undamaged and in good condition.
The goods/services must be carefully protected after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may reject the goods and withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery to themselves or the person/organisation at the designated address, without giving a reason or incurring any legal liability or penalty, provided they notify the SELLER using the contact details below.

Costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal are payable by the SELLER.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be sent to the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, fax or email. The product must remain unused in accordance with the "Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal" provisions of this agreement.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The invoice for the product delivered to the BUYER or a third party must be returned. If the invoice was issued to a business, the product must be returned with a return invoice issued by that business. Returns for orders invoiced to businesses cannot be completed without a return invoice.
- The return form and the products to be returned must be provided complete and undamaged, together with their boxes, packaging and any standard accessories.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The SELLER must refund the total amount and return any documents placing the BUYER under a payment obligation within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, and must take back the goods within 20 days.
If the goods lose value or their return becomes impossible due to the BUYER's fault, the BUYER must compensate the SELLER for losses in proportion to their fault.
However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from proper use of the goods or product during the withdrawal period.
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products prepared according to the BUYER's requests or clearly personal needs and unsuitable for return are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
In addition, underwear bottoms, swimwear and bikini bottoms, cosmetics, single-use products, goods liable to deteriorate quickly or expire, and products unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER after delivery cannot be returned.
Under the Regulation, returns are not permitted for products that become mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature; periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those supplied under a subscription agreement; services performed instantly electronically; or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. Audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, and computer consumables cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened by the BUYER.
DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payments made by credit card, the BUYER acknowledges, declares and agrees to pay interest under their credit card agreement with the card-issuing Bank and to remain liable to the Bank.
In this case, the relevant Bank may take legal action and claim the resulting costs and legal fees from the BUYER.
